Everyone knows the rules to having a good picnic. You need food, wine, a blanket, a few random pieces of sporting equipment that will be mostly ignored until the previous two items have been consumed, and of course there is the appropriate picnic clothing. A few examples of inappropriate picnic clothing are: bikinis/budgie smugglers (unless you want to be mistaken for an English backpacker!), head-to-toe black nylon (Emo’s don’t picnic! It’s too merry an occasion for them) and mini skirts (for the more obvious and practical reasons).
